17 Day Diet-Day 2

3 co workers and I went in together to get the 17 day diet book after one of them saw it on the Dr. Phil show.  I wasn't sure what to expect but thought what could it hurt to try!
Saturday was Day 1 and it went pretty well, I was hungry in the evening but I held strong and didn't give in to my cravings!
Day 2 today I faced my first challenge, after worship service my husband and I went out for lunch with friends!!  Can you say scary!!  I had a game plan though, we made sure we were the ones to pick the restaurant so that we knew it was one with pretty decent salad options.  I ended up having a lunch size greek salad with grilled chicken and  oil & vinegar dressing... now I know the feta most likely wasn't low fat but I think it was a fairly good option considering the options that I had!  It's quite amazing the things that go into salads to make it unhealthy.
I've also decided to start jounalling what I eat - hopefully to keep me honest!

Breakfast - hot lemon juice, greek yogurt with raspberries
Lunch -  Greek Salad
Snack - apple
Supper - bbq chicken, steamed brocolli, cauliflower, carrots
Snack - greek yogurt & raspberry jam

I weighed myself this morning out of curiousity, athough I only plan to weigh myself once a week, and I had lost 1.5 lbs!!  I am definitely excited about this so far!!
